GREEN BUILDING CONSULTANCY

As a green building consultant, EMergy works with the project team to ensure achievement of all owner project requirements related to sustainability. These requirements include planning, delivery and documentation for the minimum sustainability performance requirements and any green building certification objectives.

EMergy  provides a record of all major project team sustainability discussions that result in a project decision being made. EMergy will be responsible for coordinating any necessary work with the commissioning team, the energy modelling team and the rest of the project team.

The consultancy work ideally commences during the pre-design phase of the project, and throughout the design, construction, and operation and occupancy phases. EMergy approach be achieved mainly by conducting necessary sustainability design and construction workshops and meetings, preparing sustainable building policy compliance work plan, introducing sustainability section within the schematic design report, updating the design development sustainability report, including the sustainability content in the project specification package, site visits, and sustainability construction reporting.
