Edinburgh – Dubai live link at the CIBSE Technical Symposium 2016

Befitting its theme “Integration for whole life building performance,” the CIBSE Technical Symposium 2016 took place simultaneously in the UK and UAE for the first time, revealing the global nature of the CIBSE professional community and global mobility of building services engineers. The sixth annual Technical Symposium took place at Heriot Watt University Edinburgh from 14-15 April 2016 with live interaction at Heriot Watt University Dubai on 14 April 2016.

The CIBSE 2016 theme focused on ways to overcome built environment challenges through collaboration across the supply chain and considering the whole lifespan of the building to bring about exceptional projects.

CIBSE aims “to provide the construction industry with a technical insight into the methods, technologies and techniques that are available, or just over the horizon, which will drive the development of increasingly sustainable future environments.”
