Etisalat, based in Abu Dhabi, is the first telecommunications services provider in the UAE, currently operating in 15 countries across Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Etisalat is now one of the largest mobile network operator in the world, with a total customer base of more than 167 million. Etisalat’s  Jebel Ali Data Center is the largest data center campus in the Middle East and is Uptime Tier III Design and Facility certified, with a USGBC Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Gold rating and ISO 27001:2013 certification for ISMS. The Jebel Ali campus covers 4,000 m².

EMergy was appointed as the Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) to oversee the design phase of the development, manage risks, verify the design and optimize the comfort, reliability, safety and energy efficiency of the Yas South Mosque, entirely in compliance with the Owner Project Requirements.
